Parts:

Filters, membranes, UV bulbs, and media are billed at current market pricing. (Filter prices move, sales may be in effect at the time of your service)—so your total can shift plus or minus, when parts are required).

Whole-Home Systems (System Requirements Vary)

I keep your whole-home system running smooth.
1× / year — $150
Good for newer systems or low-sediment water.
2× / year (recommended) — $260 (save $40)
Best balance for most homes—keeps flow and taste consistent.
4× / year — $520 (save $80)
For high-sediment wells, big households, or sensitive use.

Parts: Filter costs vary by model/brand—your total is filter & UV lamp-price–based.

Monthly Subscriptions (same services, paid monthly)

Prefer “set it and forget it”? Pay monthly and I’ll handle scheduling.

• Whole-Home: 2×/yr = $22/mo (recommended) · 4×/yr = $45/mo

• Under-Sink / RO: 2×/yr = $18/mo (recommended) · 4×/yr = $32/mo

Add-ons: I can bundle exact cartridges (and bring them each visit). UV bulbs, RO membranes, and media changes added on their normal replacement cycles at current market pricing.

Notes: I service systems I installed and existing systems from other installers. Repairs beyond routine maintenance are quoted separately at my standard rates.
